Dear Brian,
I have wanted to tell you how great you have been to work with. I am so pleased that I found out about you and purchased your incredible stall mats. They have been one of my very best investments for my stables. I cannot imagine going back to the old style mats and all the hassle. Our horses are hunter/jumpers and as you know soundness is of vital importance. We rest easy knowing our horses are as comfortable as they can be after all the wear and tear on their legs and feet. Clients are so impressed when they first step on the mats. The ease of cleaning makes for a short mucking time on my barn man. We use very little shavings, just enough to absorb the urine and make pop scooping fast and easy. No deep shavings to dig through and a simple scoop of the shovel gets the wet spots that we then let dry while the horses are turned out, then add shavings and we have clean, dry stalls. We don't have to worry about wet stalls and feet with fungus. This is my second order and I am putting the mats in all the stalls. We have no seams to deal with or shifting stall mats since they are all one piece 12X12 that attach tightly to the stall walls.
Not only are the mats great, but your customer service and friendly help is above and beyond the norm. I know I can always reach you directly and you will follow-up with any help or answers questions.  Hopefully, more equestrians will learn about the mattress  systems and realize their dollars are well spent. Even a single lady like myself can clean several stalls without wearing out.

Just wanted to drop you a line, to tell how happy we are about the Promat StableComfort product. We only have two stalls finished, out of a five stall barn. As stalls are needed we will only use Promat in them. The benefit for our horses and my wife and I, is seen on a daily basis. The benefits of your mats, was very much realized by us when we got a call at 5:00 am in the morning. Our neighbor’s horse cast in his stall because the 4×6 mats, had so much bedding packed around the edges ,it formed a cradle and the horse could not get up.
